This website is delivered as static pages via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you call up the site, the provider processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, time, requested file, browser type) to deliver and secure the page. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and performant web presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with the provider; transfers to the USA are protected by suitable safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).
To deliver the site, log files automatically process information that your browser submits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, request time and IP address. You can send us a request via the contact form on displayna.de/en/contact. We process the details you provide (mandatory: name, email, message; voluntary: company, phone, number of screens, industry) solely to handle your inquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and (f) (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication). We retain your request as long as needed to handle it and within legal retention periods; afterwards the data is deleted or anonymised.
Form submissions go directly from your browser to the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which receives the request, performs spam filtering and forwards it to us as an email. The form fields you entered and technical connection data (incl. IP address, timestamp) are transmitted. Formspree temporarily stores submissions in the recipient's archive; we have signed a data processing agreement (DPA) based on EU standard contractual clauses. Outside of the contact form, the website loads all fonts, scripts, images and styles from its own domain. No additional third-party CDN content is loaded that would transfer your IP address to others.
You have the right to information (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
